	This is the fifty-fifth installment in our Red Sonja themed cover galleries, continuing from the first gallery. Below, we present twenty selected covers by twenty different artists from Red Sonja comic books published in 2007.



	1 title: Giant-Size Red Sonja: She-Devil with a Sword (2007) publisher: Dynamite cover artist: Howard Chaykin writers: Michael Avon Oeming, Howard Chaykin, Roy Thomas & Frank Thorne artists: Ron Adrian, John Buscema & Wendy Pini issue: #1 of 2 release date: May, 2007 cover: B variant commentary: Howard Chaykin illustrated issues of Kull and the Barbarians (1975), which included Red Sonja. We have featured one cover from this series in a previous gallery. The cover shown above appeared on the first issue of two entries in the Red Sonja Giant-Size title. These issues were anthologies containing short stories by several writers.



	2 title: Red Sonja: Vacant Shell (2007) publisher: Dynamite cover artist: Michael William Kaluta writer: Rick Remender artist: Paul Renaud issue: one-shot release date: May, 2007 cover: B variant commentary: This cover to the one-shot Vacant Shell presents Red Sonja in a rather girlish light. We have previously featured covers by Michael William Kaluta in galleries with themes of archery and 2005. 	3 title: Spider-man & Red Sonja (2007) publisher: Marvel & Dynamite cover artist: Michael Turner writer: Michael Avon Oeming artist: Mel Rubi issue: #1 of 5 release date: October, 2007 cover: Dynamic Forces exclusive variant with COA commentary: Both Marvel and Dynamite had Red Sonja meet the Spider-man. Michael Turner drew all the covers to the second meeting, including regular covers for all five issues and exclusives to the first two, including the one shown above. Other covers from this series have been previously featured in galleries with themes of companions, bondage, Kulan Gath, and seduction.



	4 title: Sword of Red Sonja: Doom of the Gods (2007) publisher: Dynamite cover artist: Aaron Lopresti writer: Luke Lieberman artist: Lui Antonio issue: #2 of 4 release date: October, 2007 cover: B variant commentary: Sword of Red Sonja: Doom of the Gods (2007) was a four issue series. Aaron Lopresti drew the B variants for all four issues, including #1, #3, and #4.



	5 title: Sword of Red Sonja: Doom of the Gods (2007) publisher: Dynamite cover artist: Paul Renaud writer: Luke Lieberman artist: Lui Antonio issue: #3 of 4 release date: December, 2007 cover: A cover commentary: Paul Renaud drew the A covers with a distinctly red theme for all four issues of Sword of Red Sonja: Doom of the Gods (2007), including #1, #2, and #4.



	6 title: Savage Tales (2007) publisher: Dynamite cover artist: Stjepan Sejic writers: Christos Gage, Leah Moore, Luke Lieberman, Michael Avon Oeming & Mike Raict artists: Joyce Chin, Pablo Marcos, Faviano Neves & Pere Perez issue: #2 of 10 release date: June, 2007 cover: B variant commentary: Savage Tales (2007) ran ten issues, with each issue containing three or four stories, some of which were spread over several issues. Stjepan Sejic drew covers for four issues, including the amazing #4.

The cover shown above is the only one that is wrap-around.



	9 title: Red Sonja: She-Devil with a Sword (2005) publisher: Dynamite cover artist: Sean Chen writer: Michael Avon Oeming artist: Homs issue: #19 of 80 release date: February, 2007 cover: A cover commentary: In the year 2007, issues 18 through 28 of Red Sonja: She-Devil with a Sword were published. The remainder of the entries in this gallery are taken from this series. Our first entry is by Sean Chen, who also drew a cover to issue #21 as well as an amazing exclusive to the first issue of Red Sonja / Conan (2015). Interestingly, this cover depicts a Red Sonja of distinctly Asian ancestry.

In addition to issue #19 shown above there is also issues #20 and #21. Other Brunner covers in this series, such as #2 were not foil covers.
