	This is the twenty-fifth installment in our Red Sonja themed cover galleries, continuing from the first gallery. Below, we present fifty selected covers from various comic books, which feature Red Sonja portrayed through cosplay.

Gomez issue: #03 of 25 cover: variant D release date: March, 2017 commentary: Each of the twenty-five issues of Amy Chu's interpretation of Red Sonja contained a variant cover with a model or actress or cosplayer in costume as Red Sonja. Between this issue #3 and issue #25 (entry 9 below), Tatiana Dekhtyar changed her name to Tatiana Neva. In this cover, she wears a chain circlet on her brow and stands beside an two-handed sword with a enormous red glass sphere capping the hilt. This throne has also been featured in a Vampirella (2019) #7 cosplay cover. Red Sonja placed on a throne is a popular theme for drawn covers as well; there is a gallery of covers featuring an enthroned Red Sonja.

Gomez issue: #09 of 25 cover: variant D release date: September, 2017 commentary: Amidst a smoky haze, the sultry Cervena Fox appears as Red Sonja on variant covers to three issues (#9, #11 and #14). While, in comic books, Red Sonja does not possess any tattoos, their appearance in this cover is an interesting addition to the traditional look.

Red Sonja frequently traveled through snow-covered lands of the North; there is a gallery of covers devoted entirely to Red Sonja in the snow. 	8 title: Red Sonja (2016) publisher: Dynamite cosplay model: Onyxeia writers: Amy Chu and Erik Burnham artist: Pasquale Qualano issue: #24 of 25 cover: variant E release date: December, 2018 commentary: Onyxeia portrays Red Sonja as she traverses desert dunes. Red Sonja also had occasion to cross the lands of the South, where heat and lack of water were as much a threat as any armed foes. Here she holds high a decapitated head. Decapitation was often a consequence for soldier and bandits who attacked Red Sonja. Numerous covers feature Red Sonja with severed heads. We imagine such a gallery to be forthcoming in the not too distant future.
