    Bus Ratch are a 'noise turntable' duo from Kyoto. The sleeve says that Bus Ratch guest on tracks 9 & 10 - except the cd only has 8 tracks. Though track 7 certainly seems to have some extraneous noises on it, so maybe they mean tracks 7 & 8.
